1.28" 128×64 SPI OLED Module with PCB
REA012864L(SPI) is a 128×64 COG graphic-type OLED display featuring an additional PCB. The four screw holes designed on the PCB allow users to mount the module easily. The display has a built-in driver IC SH1106 supporting 4-wire SPI serial Interfaces. We also have I2C-support option with the same specification; please check the model REA012864L(I2C), or contact our sales for more details.

1.54" COG Graphic OLED Modules with PCBs
Raystar has launched two 1.54-inch COG OLED modules with PCBs. These Graphic OLEDs have the same module dimension of 42.4×38.0 mm and 128×64 resolution. The difference between these two models is their driver IC adoptions: REA012864AE uses CH1116 driver IC; REA012864AA is built-in with SSD1327 driver IC.

This OLED display has a CH1115 driver IC supporting 4-Wire SPI interfaces. The module features a PCB board with a standard PIN (2.54mm pinhole) row, a boost circuit, and screw holes to facilitate customers to connect the module with their applications.

1.77" 128×160 Wide View TFT Display (O-Film)
Raystar released a new 1.77-inch mini TFT LCD with an O-Film wide viewing angle. RFA180F-AZW-DNN has 128×160 resolution and 400 cd/㎡ brightness. It has a built-in IC ST7735S supporting MCU interfaces. The supply voltage for analog is 2.75V (typical value). The operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, and the storage temperature ranges from -30~+80℃.

2.8" 240×320 TFT LCD Modules with PCAPs
RFJ280E-ALW-DNF and RFJ280J-AYW-DNF are two 2.8-inch vertical active matrix TFT modules. They have 240×320 resolution and 400 cd/㎡ brightness. These TFT displays come with projected capacitive touch panels (PCAP), while RFJ280E-ALW-DNF supports MCU interfaces, and RFJ280J-AYW-DNF supports MCU and SPI interfaces. RFJ280J-AYW-DNF adopts IPS technology for wide viewing angles of 80/80/80/80 degrees.

4.3" 480x272 IPS TFT Displays with Controller Boards
RFE430W-1YW-DBN and RFE430W-EYW-DAS are two 4.3-inch TFT displays with controller boards. They both have 80/80/80/80 IPS wide viewing angles and 480×272 resolution. RFE430W-EYW-DAS has a resistive touch panel (RTP), while RFE430W-1YW-DBN has no touch function. RFE430W-EYW-DAS comes with a metal frame with four screw holes for easy mounting. Customers can choose models with different functions based on their requirements.

5.2" Bar TFT LCD with Controller Board
RFS520C-ELW-DBN's module dimension is 180.0×65.0 mm with an active area of 127.152×33.9072 mm. There are four screw holes designed on its controller board, allowing users to mount the module easily. This bar-type TFT LCD uses MR6566 driver IC supporting MCU interfaces. The supply voltage of the display ranges from 4.5V-5.5V.
Customers using 240X64 (dots) STN with RA6963 controller IC can replace it with this new RFS520C-ELW-DBN module without changing the interfaces and firmware, easily upgrading your single-colored display to color TFT.
