Der RX1602L ist ein 16 Zeichen × 2 Zeilen COG-LCD-Display mit Hintergrundbeleuchtung. Die Modulgröße beträgt 62,8×23,0 mm; der aktive Bereich beträgt 47,6×9,74 mm. Es verfügt über einen integrierten Controller IC ST7032Ai, der die I2C-Schnittstelle unterstützt. Die Logikversorgungsspannung liegt im Bereich von 2,9V bis 3,1V (typisch 3V).
