RFH700A7-AIW-LNN is a 7-inch diagonal, 1024x600 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio standard TFT LCD module. This TFT module has driver IC EK79001HE and EK73215BCGA. With the help of anti-glare display surface, the screen doesn’t reflect light and preserves better image quality.

This TFT display module supporting LVDS Interface. The transmission technology is mainly developed to reduce the shortcomings of high power consumption and large EMI electromagnetic interference when transmitting broadband at high bit rate, so that it can effectively achieve low noise and low power consumption.

RFH700A7-AIW-LNN TFT LCD module power supply voltage is 3V-3.6V (typical 3.3V). The brightness is 600 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 800:1. The module works within temperature from -20~70°C; storage temperature range is -30~+80°C.
