RFH700A7-AIW-LNB is a 7-inch TN transmissive type color active matrix TFT LCD display with PCAP. The module resolution is 1024x600 dots, aspect ratio: 16:9. This module with brightness 450 cd/m2, contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. RFH700A7-AIW-LNB model is built in with ILI2511 touch panel IC on module, which supports USB/I2C interface, 5-points for capacitive touch screen.

This TFT 1024x600 display module uses EK79001HE + EK73215BCGA driver IC which supports LVDS Interface (Low Voltage Differential Signaling). The transmission technology is mainly developed to reduce the shortcomings of high power consumption and large EMI electromagnetic interference when transmitting broadband at high bit rate, so that it can effectively achieve low noise and low power consumption.

Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. Power voltage of this module ranges from 3V-3.6V (typical value: 3.3V).
