RFH700A7-AIW-LNB is a 7-inch 1024x600 display based on TFT LCD technology and integrated with a projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP). This 1024x600 LCD features a 16:9 aspect ratio, 450 cd/m² brightness, and an 800:1 contrast ratio, making it suitable for embedded display applications requiring stable visual performance. The WSVGA (1024×600) TFT LCD is driven by EK79001HE and EK73215BCGA ICs with an LVDS interface to reduce power consumption and electromagnetic interference during high-bit-rate signal transmission.

The PCAP touch panel adopts an ILI2511 IC supporting both USB and I2C interfaces, enabling a 5-point capacitive touch function for improved user interaction on the 1024x600 LCD module. This 1024x600 display operates within a temperature range of –20 °C to +70 °C and supports storage temperatures from –30 °C to +80 °C. The module operates at a power voltage range of 3 V to 3.6 V, with 3.3 V as the typical operating voltage.
