RC1601B is a monochrome 16x1 character LCD display module. Module size is 85.0 × 28.0 mm; active area is 59.62 × 6.56 mm. This series has built-in IC ST7066, supporting 6800 interface (default); other available options for interface are SPI and I2C (built-in IC will be RW1063 if SPI/I2C interface is chosen). LED can be driven by PIN1, PIN2, PIN15, PIN16 or A & K. Default voltage is 5V; when using 3V, the supply for negative voltage has to be 3V also.
