16x2 Character LCD Module COB 3.82-inch (ST7066 IC)

The RC1602E is a 3.82-inch 16x2 COB Character LCD Module designed for stable and high-contrast alphanumeric display. This LCD 2x16 character module integrates the ST7066 controller IC, supporting the 6800 parallel interface by default. For applications requiring different communication interfaces, SPI or I2C options are also available by adopting the RW1063 IC. This monochrome 16x2 character LCD display can be driven through PIN1, PIN2, PIN15, PIN16, or A & K, offering flexible power connection options.
