The RC2004A is a 2.89-inch 20x4 COB Character LCD Module designed for clear text display and stable performance. This LCD 2004A module features a 6800 parallel interface, driven by the ST7066U IC, ensuring reliable operation and compatibility with industrial control systems. If your application requires SPI or I2C communication, these interfaces are also available by replacing the controller with RW1063. The RC2004A shares the same specifications as RC2004A1; the only difference is the pin configuration, the RC2004A LCD display includes 16 pins on the PCB, while the RC2004A1 display LCD 2004 version has pins located on an FFC connector.

This 2004 LCD display supports multiple LCD modes, including STN negative (blue), STN positive (gray/yellow-green), FSTN positive (white), and FSTN negative (black), providing flexibility for various design requirements. It also offers several font options, such as English/Japanese, European, and Cyrillic (Russian).
