RC2004D is a monochrome 20x4 character LCD display module. Module size is 87.0 x 58.0 mm. The series has built in IC RW1063, supporting default interface 6800; other available options for interface are SPI and I2C. Default voltage is 5V; when using 3V, the supply for negative voltage has to be 3V also.
