RFA300960A-AYW-DNF1 is a 0.96-inch, IPS, mini active matrix TFT module with projected capacitive touch panel (PCAP). Its resolution is 80x160 pixels (width 80 pixels x height 160 pixels) with aspect ratio 1:2. The module features wide viewing angle thanks to the IPS panel which is one of the most popular techniques on the market now.

This mini 0.96-inch TFT module has built-in IC ST7735S supporting 3-line/4-line SPI interface. PCAP touch panel is attached with OCA (Optically Clear Adhesive) bonding technique. Its feature of high transmittance enables the backlight of display panel to penetrate the glass surface more smoothly to: 1) reduce light reflection, 2) increase LCD brightness and contrast ratio, 3) minimize the interference of touch signal. The module also comes with PCAP touch panel with IC FT3267 supporting I2C interface and 1-point touch.
