RFO400C-AYW-MNN is a 3.97-inch, vertical, IPS, active matrix TFT LCD disiplay. Its resolution is 480x800 pixels. This display module uses IPS screen which allows users to see the display clearly at wider angles.

This 3.97-inch TFT module has driver IC ST7701S supporting 2-lane MIPI interface. MIPI (Mobile Industry Processor Interface) is a relatively new standard, mainly used in mobile device applications. The MIPI TFT LCD module introduced by Raystar has a high-speed advantage compared to the RGB interface because the DSI(Display pixel interface) defines a high-speed serial interface between the main processor and the display module.

The brightness is 600 cd/m2 with contrast ratio 900:1. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.
