RFA6400E-AWH-DNG is a 480x480 pixels, 4-inch diagonal, 1:1 aspect ratio square TFT LCD display. This TFT LCD 4-inch has wider viewing angle due to its IPS panel, and features high brightness (800 cd/m2) which allows viewers to see clear and sharp image & video in daylight or very bright conditions. It adopts driver IC ST7701S supporting 24-bit RGB interface. The monitor also comes with a projected capacitive touch screen (PCAP). The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC ST1633I which enables 5-points touch, supports I2C interface; if you’d like to have module with no touch, the part number is RFA6400E-AWH-DNN.

This TFT module also features wide temperature, operating and storage temperatures both range from -30~+80°C. Due to its advantages of high brightness, wider viewing angle and wide temperature ranges, this TFT LCD is a good fit for applications such as handheld testing devices, medical equipment, smart home appliances, etc.
