RFA6400E-AWH-DNG is a 480 × 480 pixels, 4-inch diagonal, 1:1 aspect ratio square TFT display designed as an LCD 4-inch solution for compact systems. This TFT LCD 4-inch adopts an IPS panel to provide wide viewing angles and features high brightness of 800 cd/m², enabling clear image and video visibility under daylight or high ambient light conditions.

This LCD 4-inch TFT module integrates the ST7701S driver IC supporting 3-wire SPI and 24-bit RGB interfaces, and is available with a projected capacitive touch screen (PCAP). The PCAP touchscreen incorporates the ST1633I controller with 5-point touch support via I²C interface, while a non-touch version is offered as RFA6400E-AWH-DNN; the module also supports wide operating and storage temperatures ranging from -30 to +80 °C, making it suitable for handheld testing devices, medical equipment, and smart home appliances.
