Introducing the RFF70VD3-1IW-DHS, a 7-inch HDMI display designed as a compact HDMI TFT display module with a resistive touch screen integrated via a USB interface. This 7 display HDMI solution supports an HDMI connector that outputs DVI signals exclusively, ensuring stable compatibility with a wide range of HDMI-enabled systems. As a 7-inch HDMI touch screen module, it delivers a resolution of 800 × 480 dots within an overall outline of 165 × 100 mm.

The 7 HDMI display features an active area of 154.08 × 85.92 mm with a 16:9 aspect ratio and incorporates a built-in TFP401 controller IC for reliable signal processing. This 7-inch HDMI display module provides a brightness of 250 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1, supporting an LCM voltage range of 4.9 V to 5.1 V (typically 5 V). It is engineered for dependable operation from −20 °C to +70 °C, with a storage temperature range of −30 °C to +80 °C.
