RFF70AA2-AIH-DNG is a 7-inch, 800x480 pixels, high brightness TFT-LCD display with projected capacitive touch panel and the aspect ratio is 16:9. This TFT module has driver IC ST5623D and ST5091D supporting 24-bit RGB interface. The PCAP touchscreen has a built-in IC ILI2130 which enables 5-points touch, supports I2C interface.

Supply voltage for logic ranges (VCC) from 3V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. This display also boasts its high brightness 700 nits at typical value, with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. The module works within temperature from -20~70°C; storage temperature range is -30~+80°C.
