The RC1602A LCD display is a 2.26-inch 16×2 character COB module designed for compact and reliable text display applications. With module dimensions of 84.0×44.0×13.5 mm and an active area of 56.2×11.5 mm, this LCD 1602A display provides crisp and stable character output with a 1/16 duty cycle. The module integrates a built-in ST7066U controller IC and supports a 6800 parallel interface by default. If your design requires an SPI or I2C interface, these options are also available by replacing the IC with RW1063, as shown in the LCD 1602A datasheet.

The LCD display 1602A module operates within a wide temperature range from -20°C to +70°C, ensuring stable performance across various environments.
