RG12232B1 series 122x32 graphic LCD display module shares the same specs with RG12232B/ RG12232B2 series. Module sizes are 65.4 x 28.2 mm, and they all have built-in AIP315 controller IC supporting 6800 interface.

This LCD module uses voltage 5V, using 2KHz internal oscillator. The module operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃. There are many combinations for LED backlight and LCD mode for you to choose from. Only RG12232B1 doesn’t provide option for white backlight.
