RG12232E is a monochrome graphic LCD display series with resolution of 122x32 pixels. The module dimension is 80.0×36.0 mm with active area size 53.64×15.64 mm. This module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. RG12232E utilizes IC RW1020 supporting 6800 interface. Default power supply of RG12232E module is 5V, Negative voltage version is available for 3V power supply, driving method is 1/32 duty.

Series RG12232E is available for external oscillation. If customers require internal oscillation 2KHz, please choose series RG12232E1. The module operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃. There are many combinations for LED backlight and LCD mode for you to choose from.
