Default power supply of RG12232E1 module is 5V, Negative voltage version is available for 3V power supply, driving method is 1/32 duty. Series RG12232E1 is available for internal oscillation 2KHz. If customers require external oscillation, please choose series RG12232E.

The module operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃. There are many combinations for LED backlight and LCD mode for you to choose from.
