RX320240F is a monochrome 320x240 COG graphic LCD display module. This series has driver IC UCi7701*2+UCi7702*1, and has no built-in controller. Logic voltage of this LCD module ranges from 3V-3.6V; typical value is 3V.

The module works within temperature from -20°C to+ 70°C. Storage temperature range is from -30°C to+ 80°C.
