RX320240E is a monochrome 320x240 COG graphic LCD display module. This series has built-in controller IC RA8835, supporting 6800 / 8080 interface. Logic voltage of this LCD module ranges from 3V-3.6V; typical value is 3V. The module works within temperature from -20°C to+ 70°C. Storage temperature range is from -30°C to+ 80°C. Besides, if you're interested in models without controller, Raystar also offers another series without controller-- RX320240F. RX320240E is a Positive Transflective FSTN LCD with white LED backlight.
