The RG320240A6 is a graphic LCD display with resolution of 320x240 dots, and the module size is 160x109 mm. RG320240A5 utilizes IC S1D13700 & ADS7846 supporting 6800/8080 interface., the logic power supply voltage range is 4.5~5.5V (typical 5V drive) ; built-in negative voltage generator, driving method is 1/240 duty. The RG320240A6 module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage.

The module works within temperature from -20℃ to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30℃ to +80℃, customers can also select temperature compensation. This model can be equipped with an additional analog touch panel. There are a variety of LCD glass types/polarizer types/backlight colors. Please contact us for your request.
