RG160128B is a graphic LCD display series with resolution of 160x128 pixels, the module dimension 150×112 mm. RG160128B utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. The driver voltage is 5V, there is built negative voltage. The driving method is 1/128 duty. The pin of RG160128B LCD module is from pin header of 2.54 mm pitch (please note the standard package doesn’t include pin header). The module works within temperature from -20℃ to +70℃, storage temperature covers from -30℃ to +80℃. We offer a variety of combinations of LED backlight and LCD mode.
