Graphic Mono LCD Display 122x32

Model No. RG12232A1

RG12232A1 is dot matrix 122x32 graphic monochrome LCD module has the same specs as RG12232A. These two modules share the same module dimension 84.0 x 44.0 mm and built-in IC SBN1661G supporting 6800 parallel interface. The RG12232A1 module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage.

Default power supply of RC12232A1 graphic mono module is 5V. Negative voltage version is available for 3V power supply. Series RG12232A1 is available for external oscillation 2KHz. If customers require internal oscillation, please choose series RG12232A. Operating temperature of the module ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃.

Raystar provides various LED backlight combinations for RG12232A1 module, such as yellow-green and white. This series offers a selection of LCD mode, including STN negative blue, STN positive gray.
