RG19264B is a LCD display module with resolution of 192x64 pixels, the module dimension 150×62.5 mm. RG19264B utilizes IC NT7107 / ST7108 supporting 6800 interface.

The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage ranges from 4.5V-5.5V (Typical 5V), driving method is 1/64 duty and the LED is driven by Pin 20/21. Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃.

In RG19264B series, there are yellow-green and white backlight options available. As for the type of polarizer, customers may choose either transflective or transmissive type. Please contact us for more LCD combinations.
