REA012864A is a graphic COG OLED display module with resolution 128x64 pixels. Module size is 42.4×38.0 mm; Active area size is 35.05×17.51 mm (1.54 inches diagonal). The additional PCB on this OLED display helps users to save time on developing PCB on their own. Also, there's an added frame with four screw holes allowing users for quick mounting.

This OLED module has built-in IC SSD1309 supporting 4-Wire SPI interface and I2C options. Our OLED boasts high contrast ratio 10,000:1 making the visual performance stand out from traditional displays. Logic supply voltage ranges from 2.8V-5.5V, the typical value is 3.3V. The module works within temperature from -40℃ to +80℃; Storage temperature range is -40℃ to +85℃.

Raystar provides four OLED emitting colors for you to choose from: white, yellow and green. REA012864A is a good fit for applications such as smart home appliances, medical equipment, dashboards, etc.

When the pin is pulled HIGH, the data at D1 will be interpreted as data.
When the pin is pulled LOW, the data at D1 will be transferred to a command register.
7 CS# This pin is the chip select input connecting to the MCU.
The chip is enabled for MCU communication only when CS# is pulled LOW (active LOW).
