REA012864AA is a graphic COG OLED display module with resolution 128x64 pixels. Module size is 42.4×38.0 mm; Active area size is 35.05×17.51 mm (1.54 inches diagonal). The additional PCB on this OLED display helps users save time developing their own. Also, the four screw holes of the PCB are designed for easy mounting. This OLED module has built-in IC SSD1327 supporting 4-wire SPI interface.

Our OLED boasts high contrast ratio 10,000:1 making the visual performance stand out from traditional displays. Logic supply voltage ranges from 2.8V-5.2V, the typical value is 3.3V. The module works within temperature from -40℃ to +80℃; Storage temperature range is -40℃ to +85℃.Raystar provides four OLED emitting colors for you to choose from: white and yellow. 1 GND This is a ground pin.
2 VCC Power supply for panel driving voltage. This is also the most positive power voltage supply pin. It is supplied by external high voltage source.
3 D0 These pins are bi-directional data bus connecting to the MCU data bus.
Unused pins are recommended to tie LOW.
When serial interface mode is selected, D0 will be the serial clock input: SCLK; D1 will be the serial data input: SDIN and D2 should be kept NC.
4 D1
5 RES# This pin is reset signal input.
When the pin is pulled LOW, initialization of the chip is executed.
Keep this pin pull HIGH during normal operation.
6 D/C# This pin is Data/Command control pin connecting to the MCU.
When the pin is pulled HIGH, the data at D[7:0] will be interpreted as data.
When the pin is pulled LOW, the data at D[7:0] will be transferred to a command register.
7 CS# This pin is the chip select input connecting to the MCU.
The chip is enabled for MCU communication only when CS# is pulled LOW (active LOW).
