RFA6400E-AWH-MNN 4” square TFT LCD display is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) liquid crystal display (LCD) that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This square TFT LCD panel has a 4 inch diagonally measured active display area with 480x480 (480 horizontal by 480 vertical pixels) resolution and 1:1 aspect ratio.

RFA6400E-AWH-MNN is IPS transmissive type, square TFT display. It uses ST7701S driver IC which supports 2-Lanes MIPI Interface. It also features wide viewing angle and high brightness, providing brightness 1000 cd/m2, contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. RFA6400E-AWH-MNN TFT LCD module works within wide temperature range from -30 to +80℃, storage temperature covers from -30 to +80℃.
