RG240128B1 is a LCD display module with resolution of 240x128 pixels, the module dimension 144.0×104.0 mm. RG240128B1 utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. RG240128B1 has 18 pins and RG240128B5 has 20 pins. The LED is driven by pin 19/20. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage is 5V (optional: negative voltage), driving method is 1/128 duty.
