RG24064A4 is a LCD display module with resolution of 240x64 pixels, the module dimension 180x65 mm. RG24064A4 utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. Logic voltage is 5V with internal negative voltage, driving method is 1/64 duty. The LED shines from the sides (2.1V); it’s optional to choose backlight lighting up from the bottom (4.2V) which is driven by PIN 21/22.

Operating temperature covers from -20~+70℃, storage temperature range is from -30~+80℃. In RG24064A2 series, there are different LCD options available, including STN positive/negative and FSTN positive.
