RX12864M is an alternative series for RX12864A1 in response to Sitronix’ reduced production of chips. RX12864M is a 128x64 graphic COG LCD module with backlight. Module dimension is 55.0×50.0 mm; active area is 49.89×27.49 mm. There’s a built-in controller IC ST7567 supporting 8080, 6800 and 4-Line SPI interfaces. Logic power supply ranges from 2.7V-3.3V (Typical 3V). Operating temperature is between -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80°C.
