This new 0.91” graphical OLED display features in-cell PCAP touch panel. Structure wise, in-cell touch has the touch sensor embedded in OLED display. Thanks to its single layer structure, the display is thinner and brighter than module with out-cell touch. The in-cell touch panel of this model supports 4-area touch detection and horizontal scrollbar.

This In-Cell Touch OLED display boasts 10000:1 high contrast ratio. Logic voltage ranges from 3V-3.5V (typical 3.3V). The display is working within -40°C~+80°C temperature range; storage temperature covers from -40°C~85°C. OLED display with in-cell PCAP touch is a good fit for wearable device, smart appliances, medical equipment, etc.

4 VSL This is segment voltage (output low level) reference pin.

5 DCDCEN0 Enable output pin for external DCDC circuit. NC if not used
6 DCDCEN1 Enable input pin for external DCDC circuit. Tie low if not used.
7 VDD Power supply pin for core logic operation.
8 FR This pin outputs RAM write synchronization signal.
It should be kept NC if it is not used.
9 DCS This pin is the chip select input connecting to the MCU for display interface.
