RFF700A2-AZH-DNN is a 7-inch, 800x480 pixels, high brightness TFT-LCD displa and the aspect ratio is 16:9. The module uses O-Film technology to widen the viewing angle of the display. This TFT module has driver IC ST5623D and ST5091D supporting 24-bit RGB interface.

Supply voltage for logic ranges (VCC) from 3V-3.6V, typical value is 3.3V. This display also boasts its high brightness 750 nits at typical value, with contrast ratio (typical value) 800:1. With the help of the anti-glare display surface, the screen doesn’t reflect light and preserves better image quality. The module works within temperature from -20~70°C; storage temperature range is -30~+80°C.
