RX12864B is a dot matrix 128x64 COG LCD display module. The module dimension is 89.7 x 49.8 mm with active area size 63.97 x31.97 mm. Also, there's an added frame with four screw holes allowing users for quick mounting. This COG LCD display module has built-in IC ST7565P supports 6800, 8080 parallel interface and SPI serial interface.

The logic power supply voltage range is 2~3.3V, driving method is 1/64 duty. The module operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C; storage temperature covers from -30°C to +80℃. This 128x64 COG LCD can be used for industrial and many other applications. There are many combinations for LED backlight and LCD mode for you to choose from.
