RFU800G-AYH-MNN is a 8 inch color active matrix thin-film transistor IPS high-brightness display module. The module dimension is 115.74x184.93 mm, and the active area is 107.64x172.224 mm. This 800x1280 TFT LCD uses an ILI9881C IC supporting MIPI interfaces. With the IPS technique, the display allows viewers to view the screen from wider viewing angles (85/85/85/85 degrees). It also features a high brightness of 1125 cd/m2.

Operating with a supply voltage range of 3.0V to 3.6V (typical value:3.3V), this LCD module is highly versatile.
