RFF80BP-1IW-DBN is part of our P series 8-inch TFT LCD module integrated with an LCD controller board. The resolution is 800×480 pixels, and the series adopts the RA8875 Controller IC as the core of the TFT LCD controller board architecture. With built-in driving circuits and touch support, this TFT LCD controller board module is suitable for industrial control and embedded systems requiring a reliable LCD display controller board for flexible integration.

This series features a 36-pin MCU 8080 8/16-bit pin definition, with 8/16-bit 6800 interface selectable by jumper, enabling adaptable configuration through the LCD controller boards design. Optional external expansion of Chinese fonts and flash memory is supported, while the built-in PWM command of the RA8875 IC controls backlight and DMA to accelerate graphics processing within the display controller board. The module provides 420 cd/m² brightness, 500:1 contrast ratio, 3.0V–3.6V LCM voltage (typ. 3.3V), operating temperature of -20~+70℃, and storage temperature of -30~+80℃.
